Refund policy

At Kaushik Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your blanket or bedding item, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to misuse or washed items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to our support within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • For standard returns (change of mind/preference), return shipping charges may apply.
